Beginning his career in an organization established in 1969, our founder, Mr. Vikas Aggarwal, played a key role in expanding the product portfolio from hydraulic pumps into clutch and brake segments.

Over time, faced with structural limitations where strategic decisions were often beyond his control, he encountered challenges that restricted his ability to fully execute his broader vision. Rather than stepping back, Mr. Aggarwal chose to step forward.

Determined to create an organization driven by agility, accountability, and long-term vision, he established his own independent ventures. Through focused strategy, disciplined execution, and deep market understanding, he transformed operations from a regional presence into a Pan-India and internationally expanding enterprise.
